Sailing Is Weather-Dependent
Please note that payment is non-refundable regardless of weather-related changes to planned activities. From time to time the weather creates unsafe conditions for sailing; for instance, dangerously high winds or a bad storm. Your skipper may determine that conditions are not safe for sailing at all or that the route must be changed. Your safety is our first priority.
Conduct Aboard The Sailing Yacht
During the Sailing Tour, guests are expected to behave respectfully with regard to people, animals, and property and to behave in ways that promote their own and others’ safety. In the case of disorderly conduct, conduct that compromises safety or disrespects or damages any person, animal, or property on board the sailing yacht, we reserve the right to take measures to prevent it, including removal from the yacht without a refund.
Please let us know as soon as possible if you have any complaints or concerns. We would like to have the opportunity to provide a remedy so you may have the most enjoyable experience possible on your Sailing Tour. Your feedback is valuable to us since we rely on it to improve the experiences of all of our guests.
Injury and death
Be aware that, even though our skipper is qualified and experienced and our vessel and equipment are all held to the highest safety standards, there are still risks that come along with the sport of sailing. Sailing can be a potentially dangerous activity that can cause injury or even death. By agreeing to join our Sailing Tours you are accepting full responsibility for your health and well-being while on the Tour. We strongly advise you to carry travel insurance to cover expenses related to injury or death while on your travels.
We strongly recommend that you carry Travel Insurance while on your Sailing Tour. Make sure the policy covers the sport of sailing.
